Black Friday: Paul

After two hours of waiting in near-freezing temperatures, we were handed wristbands (smart move, Old Navy...keep away the stampedes) and were admitted to the warmth of shopping bliss.

In my case, my wife had planned out my purchases for me, so I completed my tasks and got through POS in under five minutes. If I had been just five minutes slower, I would have been at the back of one of two lines that stretched to the back of the store. Bedlam, to say the least.

I hung out for a while to enjoy the craziness and that's when I ran into Paul again. We had talked a lot in line before hand and I thought it was a good idea to get his impressions of the event now that we had both successfully completed our missions.
