I Have "Arrived"

It was so funny that just this morning Erik Proulx tweeted the following:

"You know you made it when: Bob Knorpp asks you to be part of a @TheBeanCast. I'll be recording on October 3 with @spikejones."

To which your humble marketing podcaster responded:

"Career going nowhere, eh, Erik. ;)"

I thought that would be the end of it, when suddenly I saw that I had been chosen as one of the Five to Follow by TweetFreak this week. Immediately prompting me to retract my previous statement:

"I take it back, @eproulx . Apparently I AM happening and you ARE blessed. I'm now a TweetFreak follow5 alum along with you. ;)"

Have to admit that the feeling was pretty good. It was nice to be part of this select club finally and good to know people appreciated what I'm doing on Twitter.

Of course, it's translated into a grand total of 10 people and 25 spammers taking them up on the recommendation. But then, who's counting?
