The BeanCast | The Best Marketing Podcast Anywhere

I usually stay away from reposting videos, but Åsk Wäppling from Adland.tv asked me to consider it for this one and I have to admit that I was impressed.

It's not that the ECD and the CEO of Burt (CP+B's recent European acquisition) say anything particularly new. It's just the candor in which they describe the creative process. I particularly like Gustav von Sydow's thoughts that getting to good ideas takes more quantity in ideas than people usually admit. Also liked his dismissal of the digital/traditional brand-lead argument in favor of a discussion on the need to take risks.

In the end, these two are immensely likeable guys giving some pretty good perspective. Audio isn't great, so bear with it. It's worth hearing if you have any dealings with creative in advertising:
